Phillip and the Ethiopian

God sometimes calls his servants away from places of obvious blessing and tells us to go to places that have the appearance of being less certain. But based upon the character of the one who has called us, the risen and magnified Jesus, that calling can be received with confidence. Phillip exemplifies a willingness to respond to God's calling with vigor, and shows us what it is to be always ready, allowing faith to transcend the highs and lows of life and ministry.
